mood swings, anxiety, brain fog, memory lapses, insomnia or sleep disturbances, fatigue, hot flashes or hot flushes, vaginal dryness, diminished libido, tinnitus or ringing in the ears, unwanted weight gain (especially around the midsection), skin issues (adult acne, rashes, rosacea, and wrinkles), concerns about bone health… to name just a few!

It is essential to acknowledge that your healthcare provider may not always have the time to address these symptoms adequately. Most primary care physicians and gynecologists are overworked with little time to listen to your concerns when they can simply and quickly give you hormone replacement therapy (HRT). 

HRT works for some of us, but HRT is not the answer for every woman. Most women use a combination of strategies.

Perhaps you are on HRT.  Maybe you are considering HRT and contemplating its suitability for you. Or, you could be seeking a natural approach utilizing bioidentical hormones or plant-based alternatives.

Over the course of five weeks, you will embark on a transformative journey through menopause, equipping you with the tools to not only understand and survive, but thrive during this significant life transition. 

The goal is to help you embrace menopause and set the stage for aging brilliantly in the second half of your life.  

 
 

Dr. Patricia Pimentel Selassie, a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor with over two decades of experience, will be your guide, introducing you to her successful approach to menopause which is pragmatic and enjoyable.

You will have the privilege of learning from Dr. Selassie, a recognized expert who possesses extensive experience and personal insights into the menopausal journey. Her teaching credentials extend far beyond clinical practice having lectured at New York University, Long Island University, Columbia, Howard University, among others. 

This Menopause Program distinguishes itself through the strong sense of community it nurtures. Dr. Selassie will adeptly support, educate, and bring together the distinctive needs of menopausal women in a way that is empowering and transformative.

Program Details:

The program is five weeks. Each class is 1.5 hours and will include Q and A, a private WhatsApp group for participants for networking and support, breakout rooms, and handouts.
